In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council from 27th of April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/CE (General Data Protection Regulation), META WIN SRL has the obligation to process the personal data provided under conditions of safety and only for the purposes specified below: name and surname, e-mail address, date of birth, phone number.

META WIN SRL, via its sales-marketing department, will process your personal data (listed above), collected directly from you, by automated / manual and secure means.

The purpose of data processing are: advertising, marketing, publicity, as well as recruitment, selection and labour placement. You are required to provide your personal data, this data being necessary for the recruitment process.

Your refusal will cause for the collaboration to be cancelled.

The registered information is intended for use by Meta Win SRL, as an operator, registered in the General Data Protection Regulation Register, and will be disclosed to the following recipients: transferred abroad to our clients (hiring companies from the European Union) and to central/local public authorities, the judicial authority, criminal investigation bodies and other institutions empowered by law to request information, etc.

According to Regulation (UE) 2016/679, you have the right to access, rectify, delete the data, restrict the processing and the portability of data, the right to object and the right not to be subjected to an individual automated process. You also have the possibility to address the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro).
